Room 14 pupils are learning to find their way around our school. We are getting to know where everybody is. Today we visited Room 15 to see all the fascinating work that the big children were doing. They showed us around their classroom and we especially liked their cool tree hut in the corner.
To be the best at football you have to keep trying.
The children in Room 11 made their figures using a photograph of a head and different sized oblongs. They had to show that the people were moving.
The children in Room 11 and 14 enjoyed the mucic provided by Bob Bickerton from Musicworks. He played a wide variety of instruments from Irish bagpipes to a baby harp. He showed the children how wind instruments can be high or low pitched and he taught them a new song about birds of New Zealand.
